Grades will be available on Web-REG the day after they have been entered into the student records system. In general, grades for full-term classes are available three weeks after the end of finals week .

Web-REG Availability:

• 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Noon to 6:00 p.m. on Weekends/Holidays.

The college does not send grade mailers at the end of the semester. Students may request a copy via the Web-REG.

Instructions for checking your grades using Web-REG

1. Go to the Web-REG page.
2. Click on "Log in Now" link
3. Enter Social Security or Student ID number and click "Continue"
4. Enter Personal Identification Number*.
5. Choose "View Semester Grades" from the row of buttons in the 2nd column.
