WNC Faculty to Show Range of Artworks

Western Nevada College will open its 2008-2009 gallery season with a colorful and diverse exhibit by art faculty at the college. From Monday, Aug. 25, to Friday, Sept. 19, the Main Gallery at WNC Bristlecone Building will feature works by professors and instructors at the Carson City, Fallon and Douglas campuses.

A broad range of formats will include drawings, paintings, prints, traditional and digital photographs, ceramics, sculpture and mixed media.

A reception for the artists will be Wednesday, Sept. 3, 4:30-7 p.m. The public is invited.
